Since the first international air show was founded by the Association des Industries de la Locomotion Aérienne in 1909, key decision makers and influencers in the global aviation market have met at the International Paris Air Show. Today, the Le Salon International de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (SIAE), a subsidiary of Groupement des Industries Françaises Aéronautiques et Spatiale (GIFAS), holds the International Paris Air Show every two years. The biennial show has become a unique stage for aerospace professionals from all over the world to meet to discuss business strategy, exchange knowledge, and network with industry experts.

The 54th show will be held from 19 to 25 June in Le Bourget Parc des Expositions, near Paris. The first four days of the show are open to trade visitors, followed by three days open which are open to the general public. The show brings together 2,450+ exhibitors, 300+ official delegations, 2,700 journalists and almost 140,000 trade visitors from across the globe.
